Artisan Sourdough
The word artisan can be used in many different formats. For us at Feral DoughCo it means sourcing only the best ingredients and using nothing but our hands and our hearts to combine them, ferment them, and bake them. We proudly utilize stone ground flour from Janies Mill and wheat berries from Janies Farm. The mill and the farm are located next to each other and Janies Farm utilizes responsible cultivation and agricultural practices to provide a clean, wholesome, heirloom organic product. We are dedicated to honoring the hard work of Janie's Mill and Janie's Farm by utilizing no chemical stabilizers, no hydrocolloids or dough conditioners. All of our ferments used as levain are house made and house and maintained. We believe in the "real bread campaign" and utilize sourdough methodology to make 100% of our breads and pastries. We hope that your family will enjoy this bread and we look forward to nourishing you and our community in the Paseo Arts District in the heart of OKC

Bread is available for sale at Flora Bodega located at 3020 N Walker Ave STE B, Oklahoma City, OK 73103 and also at Forward Foods located at 215 W. Main, Norman Oklahoma 73069.
We also offer porch pickup. Please allow 48 hours to complete your order. You will receive further instructions on where and when to pickup via your email.
