We strive to honor the hard work put forth by local farmers and millers by offering sourdough breads made from local flour milled by Chisholm Trail Milling and Janie's Mill (Illinois). Each one of our breads represents the flavor of a unique variety of wheat and tells the story of the land from which it came.
