Our baguettes are made with stone milled hard red winter wheat sourced from Janies Mill with a touch of Red Fife. This baguette is our top selling bread and comes with a crisp crust and a lacy open crumb. The stone milled flour gives this baguette more flavor and nutritional value. Please enjoy with some bri and ham or with some jam and butter!
